A "lazy" Saturday

So...Saturdays are my day to stay in bed snuggling with my soon-to-be husband. They're a day to keep the alarm off and wake up whenever I feel like it.
Saturdays are the only day I let myself sleep in...
It's 7:45AM on a Saturday....and I've been up, against my will, for 25 minutes. Apparently, construction can start at 6AM in Bloomington. Any day of the week. Matt (who, I would like to add, has worked construction so has some sense of the ordinances that can oversee such things), was stunned when I called the police to ask and was told this.
So does this mean I should go to bed early every day of the week, because I might be woken up at 6AM??? I mean, it's been annoying having construction go on all summer, when we have no a/c so our windows are open....but this is one of the noisiest things they've done so far...and they decided SATURDAY MORNING was the time to do it? I can't believe how much this sucks.
I have to say that I'm starting to dislike Bloomington. This is just the icing on the cake. The main problem is the lack of a decent job market. For the most part I adore the people, but we'll be getting out of here just as soon as we can -- just as soon as Matt finds us a job, hopefully west or southwest of here.
Such a bad mood. What a great Saturday this is going to be....
